Lakshmi Vilas Palace is situated in Vadodara city of Gujarat state. This palace was completed in 1890. It took twelve years to build it and its cost was 180,000 pounds. Tambekar Wada is situated at a distance of 1.9 km from Lakshmi Vilas Palace. Tambekar Vada is located in the Vadodara City of Gujarat.

Tabbekar Wada is a large, four-storey building built in a rectangular fashion. It was originally the former residence of Baroda State Diwan or Minister Bhau Tambekar, who took over the responsibility of the administration of the state.

The EME temple, which is called the Temple of Dakshinamurthy, was built by the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (EME) Corps. This temple is dedicated to the southmost temple, it is considered as a form of the supreme teacher in the form of Shiva in this temple.
