How to Redeem Your Bonuses Zelf card?
Once you get your Zelf card, you will be able to redeem all your stashed bonuses. All bonuses that you collected during referral program can be used to cover your purchases. See it as a “reverse cash back”. Once you start using your account you can use your bonus balance to refund purchases.
This is how it works:
As soon as you receive your card your bonus balance in My Zelf menu will be shown in two lines:
- €470 – Pending bonuses
- €180 – Spendable bonuses
Pending bonuses show your maximum spendable potential (e.g. all friends invited by you became verified users and made their first transaction, more on that below). Spendable bonuses are available for you to refund your purchases right away.
How to collect and redeem bonuses:
Step 1
Once you pre-ordered the card and create Zelf account, you will see two lines in My Zelf menu:
- €4 – Pending bonuses
- €1 – Spendable bonuses
Step 2
After you receive your Zelf card spendable bonuses are at your disposal. However the maximum amount you can spend via your card and receive as cash back is €150 (unfortunately, these are the rules for unverified users from European regulator).
Step 3
When you make your first top up and a minimal transaction of €5 (to buy a coffee with a muffin) using your brand new Zelf card, the ratio between two bonus types change again, meaning you’ll get another €1 to your spendable bonus balance.

Step 4
To transfer all resting bonuses from pending to spendable account you need to verify yourself. It’s made very simple through the chat interface and takes minutes. After you complete the verification you unlock all the bonuses.
Refer-a-friend bonuses work somewhat similar. After your friends receive your invite link they should open it and follow the instructions to pre-order the card and create Zelf account.

You must notice that the friends of your friends are also taken into account and can considerably add up to your bonus balance.
Step 5
When your friend’s friend pre-orders the card, you’ll receive €0,2 bonus on your spendable bonus account and €0,8 to pending bonus account. It’s the same ratio as with your direct invitees. When friend’s of your friends top up and transact min €5, you’ll see another +€0,2 on your account. Verified friends of your friends bring €1 bonus to your spendable account.
